The most confusing part of Triathlon / Run fitness is information overload. There is information EVERYWHERE you look. The immediate question is, what is true & what is not?

 

That is where I come in. By joining SculptingYouStrong MultiSport, you can stop worrying about what works & what doesn’t. With my subject matter expertise, all you’d need to do is put in the work.

 

I do not sell fancy titles that do the best in the industry (Finish an ironman 140.6 in 2-3 months, get faster in 70.3 just within 2-3 months, run 10k/ Half Marathon/ Marathon in 1-2 months!), which I most certainly could do & make a lot more money honestly, but I don’t because I truly care about my athlete’s overall health & fitness while make them enjoy their sporting journey rather than making it a burden just to show off.

 

I want you to be stronger each day & push yourself to improve your mental & physical health and sustain it.

 

And it’s a process that does take time.

 

But once you start following the right path, you’d regret not starting sooner.
