How will you get it-
Every week on friday 1 video will be shared with participants explaining what they need to do for the week
An email will be sent with the action steps to follow for the week
Actions to be taken by participants accordingly
Every two days they will be holded accountable for things they have to perform so that it keeps you going
Continuing for 30 days, the success will be celebrated on last day digitally
Who it is beneficial for-
Triathletes/Runners/Cyclists/Swimmers/ Anyone who wants to have a lifestyle change
There are no hard & fast rules for this challenge as such. You just have to perform things as per your convenience. Only thing is to stick with it for these 30 days taking serious commitment and being serious on accountability provided.
One lucky person will be selected from the participants and will be receiving a free 30 min consultation call with me to get any specific queries answered.
Criteria to enter this lucky draw contest will be shared on day with participants who have signed up.
