Run and Tri-Fitness Testing is a comprehensive and holistic fitness testing service for runners and triathletes of all levels. We use a combination of physiological and biomechanical tests to assess your strengths and weaknesses across all energy systems. Based on your test results, we advise you on using and incorporating these to optimize your training. We also provide you with feedback and guidance on how to monitor your progress.

With Run and Tri-Fitness Testing, you will be able to train smarter, not harder. You will learn how to:

 

- Use training zones and intensities efficiently to improve further

- Avoid overtraining, injury, and burnout

- Adapt to different race conditions and distances

- Achieve personal bests and break through plateaus

 

How it works

 

Run and Tri-Fitness Testing is a purely customized program based on your sport. We offer two options: Running or Triathlon.

 

Running: You will undergo various testing sessions for one week, three days per week. The testing sessions will include short-mid-long distance testing protocols, strength testing, and some others.

 

Triathlon: You will undergo various testing sessions for two weeks, three days per week. The testing sessions will include running, cycling, swimming, and strength testing protocols along with some others.

 

After completing the testing sessions, you will receive a test report with analysis and recommendations. You will also have a consultation with the coach to discuss further guidelines.
