This program is designed for swimmers, cyclists, runners, and triathletes between 20-60 years who are serious about their training routine and want to take it to the next level by being focused. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate, this program will help you achieve your fitness goals.


In this 10-week program, you will learn various mental training techniques such as:


- Understanding your intent and why you are in the sport

- Developing frequent goal-setting habits and setting SMART goals

- Using positive affirmations and self-talk to boost your confidence and motivation

- Visualizing your success and overcoming obstacles

- Making dynamic decisions under pressure and uncertainty

- Managing stress and emotions effectively

- Increasing your self-awareness and resilience

How MindPower Works

You will have 2 online sessions per week, each ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. You will connect with your coach over a video conferencing call, where he will guide you through some questions and prompts to help you explore your thoughts. Then you will have some time to brainstorm and write down your responses to the given tasks. Once you are done, you will review and discuss them with your coach, who will give you feedback and help you refine any thoughts that are not serving you well.


By the end of this program, you will have a powerful mental toolkit that will help you overcome any challenge and achieve any goal in your endurance sports journey. You will also have more clarity, focus, enjoyment, and satisfaction in your sport.
