
Routes for indoor bike sessions
Triathlon is a demanding sport in terms of both finances and time. We can work on optimizing or utilizing our time effectively by training indoors whenever we are crunched for time. Now there might be races for which you are preparing for which has hilly terrain or it's just that you want to practice hills or hill specific sessions in your training to optimize your performance metrics and sometimes it might also happen that you live in a city full of rush on roads. Hills might be located far from your place or it is hard to find a good segment for sprinting and many such scenarios.
I am compiling a list of different routes (hilly, flat) here so that it becomes easy for people to come and take the files, just import them into application they are using and that's it. You are riding on the actual route.
