Agreement between User and SculptingYouStrong MultiSport 

 

Welcome to SculptingYouStrong MultiSport. The SculptingYouStrong MultiSport website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by SculptingYouStrong MultiSport (“SculptingYouStrong MultiSport”). SculptingYouStrong MultiSport is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of SculptingYouStrong MultiSport constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. 

 

SculptingYouStrong MultiSport sells services related to triathlon, running  and other endurance sport coaching.  

 

Privacy 

 

Your use of SculptingYouStrong MultiSport is subject to SculptingYouStrong MultiSport’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices. 

 

Digital Communications 

 

Visiting SculptingYouStrong MultiSport or sending emails to SculptingYouStrong MultiSport constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.   

 

Your Account 

 

If you use this site as a member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that SculptingYouStrong MultiSport is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. SculptingYouStrong MultiSport and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.   

 

Children Under Eighteen

 

SculptingYouStrong MultiSport does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of eighteen. If you are under 18, you may use SculptingYouStrong MultiSport only with permission of a parent or guardian.

 

Payments & Refunds  

SculptingYouStrong MultiSport always counts the month from 1-30/31 irrespective of your joining. So if you join/discontinue in the middle of the month too, you have to pay for the full month.

 

Once paid, there will be no refunds in any circumstances.

 

Full payment will be considered if you discontinue or quit after 5th of the respective month.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

SculptingYouStrong MultiSport is not responsible or liable in any way for any and all damages you receive directly or indirectly from your use, Purchase, or Download from our Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products. We do not assume liability for damages, injuries, harm, death, misuse of (or failure to properly use) information or documents, due to any act, or failure to act, by you. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, your sole and exclusive remedy for negligence, failure to perform, or breach by us shall be a refund of the amount paid for such service or product. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
