2. Is the program better suited for only beginners?

 

As mentioned here, this program is very well suited for both beginners and experienced runners.

3. For experienced runners is changing running form even a possibility? 

 

Why Not! Athletes at any stage can learn the right movement patterns by focusing on the basics and having the right mindset, rather than just the distance covered. Our program only requires you to pause your running routine and follow the provided program for the designated period to develop proper movement patterns. We're excited to have you join us and help you improve your performance! 

 

4. Can you help me understand a typical weekly plan during your program?

 

This program primarily focuses on generating the right movement patterns to benefit you in the long run. It's important that you avoid running with incorrect forms, as this can lead to the development of wrong movement patterns that won't be of any benefit to you, even if you complete the program.

Your brain learns new movement patterns and must get rid of the wrong ones in the process. If you continue to run with incorrect forms, you'll be wasting your time and money by generating wrong movement patterns.

Don't worry, though! We will ask you to run after a couple of weeks into the program, but only for a specified duration and with the necessary guidelines. It's essential to note that this is not a program that focuses on running endurance, speed, fat loss, or any other aspects. Instead, our main goal is to help you develop the right movement patterns. 

 

5. For solo runners, do you have a better solution for shooting the self-running video?

 

To make the most of our time in the group, I kindly ask that you shoot your own videos. This will help me understand what areas we need to focus on, rather than filming videos for everyone during the program and extending its duration. Even if you're running solo, you can still shoot your own videos.

 

Here are two options to consider:

 

  • You can set up your mobile camera at a fixed location and shoot a sample photo or video to make sure it captures your entire body. Once you're satisfied, keep the camera in the same position and shoot your videos according to the guidelines you'll receive after signing up for the program.

 

  • If you're running solo, you can always ask a friend or family member to follow the guidelines and shoot your videos for you.

 

  • If you'd like me to personally shoot the videos for you, I'd be happy to help! You can simply head over to this link to book a paid consultation call with me.

 

These are simple shooting guidelines, and remember that Google is always your friend! So feel free to do some research and give it a try.

  

6. Is a Telegram user id mandatory for enrollment?

 

Absolutely! If you're not currently using Telegram, no worries - you can simply install it for the duration of the program and then uninstall it later if you don't plan to continue using it. This will help ensure smooth and efficient communication throughout the program, as all communication will occur exclusively through Telegram and email.
