Runner's Clinic is not your typical running program that focuses on increasing your endurance, distance, or pace.

 

Runner's Clinic is a comprehensive and holistic program that helps you improve your technique, efficiency, endurance, speed, power, agility, and form.

 

You will learn how to run better, faster, and smarter by working on different aspects of your performance, such as your sports-specific strength, speed, power, agility, and form.

 

You will also get access to a supportive community and exclusive content to help you become a better runner.

 

Runner's Clinic is designed for mid/long distance runners at beginner and intermediate levels who are in their 30s or 60s.

 

You will see amazing improvements in your running technique and movement efficiency over time if you stay consistent and committed.

 

You will feel much more efficient while moving through the sport than simply dragging your body through it.

 

You will also reduce the risk of injuries and poor performance by improving your running economy and form.

Each session is 60 minutes long and covers everything from the necessary types of strength, mobility, drills, and skill development.

 

The session also includes 15 minutes of Q&A at the end where you can ask any running-related questions.

 

You can sign up for a monthly program or register for drop-in sessions at least a day prior.

As mentioned here, this program is very well suited for both beginners and experienced runners.

3. Is a Telegram user id mandatory for enrollment?

Absolutely! If you're not currently using Telegram, no worries - you can simply install it for the duration of the program and then uninstall it later if you don't plan to continue using it. This will help ensure smooth and efficient communication throughout the program, as all communication will occur exclusively through Telegram and email.
